Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All Batharena saunas come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your sauna must be in its original condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (505) 451-3090 or info@batharena.com. You will need to provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship your sauna back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned sauna, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Please take photos of any visible damage to the packaging and product to help us process your claim quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
For custom or made-to-order saunas, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if production has already begun.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for information on how to file a warranty claim.
