Shipping Methods

At Batharena, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All saunas are carefully packaged and shipped via insured freight carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after order processing.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after order processing.

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready to ship, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Basic delivery includes curbside drop-off. The delivery team will place your packaged sauna at the nearest accessible location to your home.

White glove delivery and professional installation services are available at an additional cost. Our installation team will assemble your sauna, connect it to the appropriate power source, and ensure everything is working properly before leaving.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
